Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion - Christopher Makos Limited Edition

Since debuting in the early 60's, "the blue stuff,” as it’s known by loyal fans, has reached product icon status, generated legions of loyal celebrity fans, including Andy Warhol. To commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion, Kiehl's introduces a Limited Edition bottle designed by renowned photographer and Andy’s friend, Christopher Makos, who captured Warhol’s essence in frequent portraits through the years.

Says Makos, about the collaboration, “Andy Warhol related successful art to successful business. Kiehl's is great to work with because they "get it". I'm happy because when people ask me what I'm doing I can say, "I'm in cosmetics".

The limited edition bottle features 18 of Christopher Makos’ iconic photos, with an homage to Christopher’s time in New York City.
